Help me understand this…

Why are people paying “photographers” for photos like this?

At what point did we decide that spending hundreds of dollars on photos that look like they were taken by a squirrel during an earthquake was the vibe?

Is it nostalgia? Is it art? Is it “my photographer was only $15 and a Dollar Tree gift card”?

And before anyone comes for me, I’m not talking about intentional motion blur used creatively. I’m talking about photos so blurry that even the camera seems unsure what happened.

I genuinely want to know what I’m missing because if I paid for photos and everyone looked like a witness protection sketch, I’d have questions.

Pretty excited for tonight’s event. We’re covering a black-tie gala with an actual red carpet, rolling in with a team of photographers going full paparazzi, flashes popping like fireworks, and basically yelling ‘WHO ARE YOU WEARING?!’ like we’re TMZ on caffeine.
