When I looked at my calendar today, I realized the rest of my summer is going to be filled with some really special moments. 🤍

Over the next several weeks, I’ll be photographing two weddings, senior sessions for the future Class of 2027, birthday portraits, anniversaries, family sessions, and welcoming brand new little ones with a newborn session.

Leaving a photoshoot, my heart feels lighter.

There’s a pep in my step, the world feels a little brighter, and for the first time in a while, I remembered why I started this journey.

Somewhere along the way, I let too much time pass between sessions. I became so focused on the bottom line that I forgot something important…

My passion is the bottom line.

Photography isn’t just another job for me. It’s where I slow down, connect with people, tell stories, and create something that will matter long after today. Every click of the shutter reminds me that this is who I truly am.

Sometimes we get so busy trying to build a life that we accidentally drift away from the very thing that makes us feel alive.

Today felt like coming home. 🤍📷

Sometimes technology has plans of its own. 😅

My camera is currently on its way to Canon for a warranty repair, which means I will need to reschedule any sessions that were planned over the next couple of weeks while I wait for her to come back home. 🤍

Thankfully, everything is covered under warranty, and as soon as I have my camera back in hand, I’ll be reaching out to everyone individually to get sessions back on the calendar as quickly as possible.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of my small business. This isn’t the update I wanted to make, but I promise I’ll be back behind the camera creating memories with all of you very soon. ☀️✨
