I’ve never had much luck with cilantro in the past (it’s always bolted before I’ve gotten a decent harvest), but this year I used Calypso Cilantro seeds from , and when they say they’re the slowest to bolt of any cilantro variety, they mean it! 🌱

Even when I THOUGHT it was about to go to seed last month, it didn’t. It just kept growing! I now have enough cilantro for about two years. 🫣

I’ll be making herby green sauce (a very unauthentic take on chimichurri) for the foreseeable future. 🥩
