A moment for one of my all-time favorites from the class of 2026 — Kendall. Or as my kids call her, Ms Kendall because she's babysat them for YEARS.

Got to see a college friend and meet not one but TWO new babies this week -- her beautiful twin boys! 👣+ 👣

Seems like just yesterday we were taking newborn photos of her daughter, who's now serving as the world's #1 big sister. Time flies friends!

It's a baby snuggles kind of week for me and my heart is full 😍

So special to meet the newest crew member of this beautiful family. I feel like it was just yesterday that we were photographing baby Beckham, and now he's a big brother. To watch a family grow is one of the greatest privileges of this job.

Just got back from an incredible trip to Olympic National Park!

We celebrated Father's Day and my birthday while out on the Washington coast, and it was my birthday wish that we take photos on Ruby Beach, so my family obliged and I'm so grateful. As my kids get bigger, I am treasuring these moments that we intentionally capture. My kids saw the west coast and did tidepooling for the first time!

Taking our own family photos was crazy hard. There are so many things you don't see in these photos: changing in the car, hiking down through vegetation to the beach in a dress with hiking boots, carrying equipment, setting up a tripod, hitting a self timer and then walking over rocks to get in the photos. Too bad I don't have any behind-the-scenes clips!

We returned just a few days ago and I'm feeling renewed and inspired as a photographer ☀️ I'm looking forward to what the rest of 2026 holds!

Time is a THIEF.

That always becomes so clear when you look back at a year of memories, doesn't it?

With my kiddos getting bigger, it was time for a year of restructuring and scaling back my business, pivoting away from weddings to focus on families and seniors. It's been refreshing to spend most weekends with them (swipe to last pic to see my "big" boys!). I only took on sessions I really wanted to take, making the most of the time I have, and it was so good for my soul.

Photography is such a beautiful tool - capturing time in that fleeting moment. Little dimples and toothy grins turn into big kid smiles with bright personalities. Looking back year after year, kids really bring home how fast time flies. I was so honored to capture some beautiful families this year, mark milestone moments, and photograph possibly the BEST couple in the world on their long-awaited wedding day.

Time comes and goes so quickly guys. Cheers to 2026 and another year full of memories!
