Today was table settings, collections and all the other artsy craftsy items, Monday 8 a. m. To 12 noon is your last chance to enter in the home economics building for the 2026 fair cause that’s when you bring in your baked goods.

Drop off day this Saturday! 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Emails have been sent to the first 30 people that signed up for table settings to confirm they are still interested. Please check your email and let me know. We do have a wait list if your child has changed their mind.

Drop off day is next Saturday, August 22nd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for all Arts and Crafts, Table Settings and our Hobbies and Collectibles area.

If your child pre-registered for a collection of their purchased or items found in nature (not their hand crafted drawings or craft items) or signed up for a table setting please check your emails and respond soon. We have kids on a waiting list for these spots and need to know if your child is still planning to use their reserved spot.

With collections, if you have a smaller collection, please let me know so we can split an area between 2 people to give more kids a chance to enter.

All exhibitor numbers are up to date again. Don't forget if you want to pick up tags ahead of time you can get them at the extension office.

Clean up day is Saturday, August 15th from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. We'd love if you want to get some community service hours in, take a look at our "behind the scenes' and help us clean up and get ready for drop off day on the 22nd. You can reach out for what to bring to help with clean up.

I will also be available for questions that day if you want to get a head start on filling out those tags.

If you have registered for an exhibitor number you should have a return email from [email protected]. Please check your junk email. I sent out a lot of emails. :)

We are not taking any more hobbies and table setting registrations. All spots have been reserved.

Also table settings and hobbies and collectibles areas are full.

43 days until the Washington County Fair is open to the public! Dont' forget fair clean up day is Saturday, August 15th from 8 a.m. until 12 noon and Arts, Crafts, Hobbies and Collectibles will be entered on Saturday, August 22nd from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Washington County Fair now has the fairbook available on line. I will work to get the forms available with a link on the fair page and a document on in this Facebook group by the end of May but the pre-registration link is open and available.
