Every end is a new beginning, but this is the beginning of the end…
It’s bitter sweet, reflecting upon all the memories you made throughout the years all while you can’t wait to continue to make new ones after that final walk across the stage is done.
Reminiscing on the ice cream parties, beating your friends in races on the playground, the best friend you met years ago that hasn’t left your side since…and the excitement to do something new; maybe move away for college, start your own business, or get a job and move into your first apartment.
But let that excitement wait, just for a little longer. Cherish what you have now, embrace being a teenager until you walk across that stage for the final time, I promise you won’t regret it. There’s no rush, there never has been, so keep making memories & keep being the silly version of yourself you and everyone around you loves.
Be a kid…because it’s okay to live for the little version of you who’s wondering what it was like to be here, right where you are now, so cherish whats left of your journey. Do it for every version of yourself whether its past, present, or future and indulge in the little moments life gives you that feel like heaven on earth.
