What a year it has been for Rustic Garden Photography 🤍

I am beyond grateful for every single client who trusted me to capture some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. From a bride and groom sharing their very first kiss as newlyweds, to a maternity session for a first-time mom eagerly awaiting her baby—each session told a story I’ll never forget.

There are so many memories from this year that truly touched my heart. Every client I worked with holds a special place in it, and I don’t take a single moment behind the camera for granted. Without my amazing clients, Rustic Garden Photography wouldn’t be possible.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review these updated policies. They help ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for both of us and allow me to continue providing the high-quality work you expect and deserve. 🤎

✨ Turnaround Time Reminder

• 30-minute & 1-hour sessions: 3–4 weeks
• Weddings: 4–6 weeks
• To keep your gallery consistent, polished, and true to my style, I’m unable to offer rush delivery. Thank you so much for your patience and trust!

✨ Rescheduling

• 14+ days’ notice required for all non-weather reschedules.
• Weather reschedules: No fee — safety and comfort come first.
• Emergencies: No fee with 24+ hours’ notice; $25 fee if less than 24 hours.
• Multiple reschedules: $50 fee for each additional change.
• Sessions must be paid in full before a new date can be scheduled.
• Cancellations: Retainer is non-refundable. You may transfer it once within 100 days with a $75 transfer fee.

✨ Late Arrivals

• Arriving late will result in a $50 late fee added to your remaining balance.
• Please note that late arrivals may reduce shooting time to ensure I stay on schedule for all clients.

✨ Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, gathering belongings, and any last-minute prep.
• Clients are responsible for all parking, permit, and location fees.
• You are responsible for the behavior and safety of any guests or children attending the session.

I sacrifice time with my family because I constantly try to accommodate everyone, and balancing that is hard. To those who always show up for me, honor my time, and follow my policies—thank you. Your loyalty truly does not go unnoticed

Wedding Venue Tips (From a Photographer’s Lens 😉)

1️⃣ Light, light, light. Natural light is your best friend, y’all. The brighter and airier the space, the more your photos will glow. Try to steer clear of dark barns or ballrooms without windows — that golden sunlight is pure magic. 🌾☀️

2️⃣ Getting ready spots. Make sure there’s a cozy bridal suite and a groom’s room. It keeps things smooth and relaxed — and those getting-ready photos? They’re some of my favorites. 🤍

3️⃣ One stop shop. If your ceremony, reception, and prep areas are all at the same place, it saves so much time and stress. You’ll spend less time driving and more time celebrating with the people you love. 🥂

4️⃣ Picture-perfect details. Look for pretty walls, open fields, big windows, and charming outdoor spots. Those little touches make your photos feel extra special and true to you.

5️⃣ Rain plan ready. If you’re saying “I do” outside, make sure there’s a sweet backup plan that still feels romantic. You never know what the weather will do — and that peace of mind is worth it. ☔️💛

6️⃣ Ask about rules. Some venues don’t allow sparklers, drones, or flash photography. Always double-check before booking so there aren’t any surprises later.

📸 Bonus tip: Try to tour your venue around the same time of day you’ll be getting married — that way you’ll see just how the light dances across your space.

I had the absolute honor of capturing Isabella’s quinceañera! 💕 It was such a beautiful, emotional, and unforgettable day from start to finish. Every little detail — from the decor to the dancing — reflected her kind heart and joyful spirit. ✨

Isabella’s family has always welcomed me with open arms, and at this point, they truly feel like part of my own family. They are some of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever met, and it’s such a gift to be invited into their lives for these incredible milestones. Last year, I had the privilege of photographing Naomi’s quinceañera — Isabella’s sister — and it was so special to capture another big moment for this amazing family. I shared a photo of both beautiful sisters together at the end. 🤍
