It was a very special weekend in Lincoln, Nebraska and Junction City, Kansas. Friday night the 2023 Nebraska Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame held its induction ceremony featuring a special appearance by Hall of Famer Austin Storm talking about his time with the late, great Iron Sheik. Also, the Blade Braxton Cup was held in Junction City, Kansas on Saturday with a special appearance by legend Tommy Snow.

Controversy in Junction City: Fairbury's own Taybor Miller was not successful in his bid to win the National Welterweight title last night in Junction City, Kansas. However, fan footage submitted shows controversy at the end of the bout. Traditional American Pro Wrestling officials have not released a statement on the decision, nor has Miller or his opponent, new National Welterweight champion Alan Lyric.
