In 2013 I took a solo road trip around Cornwall to see as many standing stones as possible. I couldn’t deny the sense of calm I felt among these stones; there was a magic surrounding them that I wanted to capture through my photographs. I was initially disappointed to see massive light leaks streaking across many of the negatives, but I soon began to think of them as evidence of the otherworldly presence I had felt out there.
