"Secret Garden" ~ My latest work of art on exhibit at the Escondido Art Association Gallery, 121 West Grand Ave., Escondido, CA! The theme of the exhibit was Art is Life . As I thought about the theme, the greatest Artist of them all is God Him/Herself using a huge array of colors as is demonstrated in this "Secret Garden" filled with a variety of flowers like splotches of paint on the canvas of life. .com

"Rising Above" ~ Just sold this photo on exhibit at the Escondido Art Association Gallery. This is a radical departure from my usual soft style of processing my images. Inspired by the Oceanside Museum of Art exhibit I experimented with this bold rendering of a tree found around Lake Henshaw, CA. It spoke to me as it reaches toward the light to rise above the darkness below. A beautiful metaphor and example given to us by this wise old tree at a time we need it most. Hopefully we are all striving at Rising Above!!! 🌱🌿🌦️🕊️❤️ More prints available in all sizes. Custom orders accepted. PM me and we can discuss your needs.

" Inner Shadow"~ Anyone knowing shadow work knows that our inner shadow is all about our subconscious suppressing those undesirable traits that we believe we have. The burden of this is heavy. We have triggers that are red hot and issues that are venom green toxic nuclear waste. We carry them gladly not realizing how much they weigh us down and tax our system. I used to give Hot Stone Massages when I had my Holistic Health Practice. During the massage I would place a heavy stone on the lower back. Once, after lifting the stone off the client's back, she commented, "I had forgotten how heavy it was until you took it off. The realization of carrying heavy weights of emotion or thought and the benefit of letting them go became quite apparent. This rendering is another departure from my usual style. Somewhat psychedelic, it is an exciting and unusual image filled with metaphor and message. This is on display at the Escondido Art Association Gallery and is available in other sizes as well.
