“Often in the waves of change, we discover our true direction.”
I’ve been quiet lately.
Not strategically quiet. Not “business rebrand” quiet.
Just… life happened quiet.
The past few months brought changes I didn’t fully expect — the kind that shake you a little and make you sit with yourself longer than usual. I had to slow down. I had to protect my energy. I had to really look at what matters most.
There were moments where I questioned everything. My pace. My priorities. Even my purpose.
But in that stillness, one truth kept resurfacing:
Helping women see themselves differently — stronger, softer, more beautiful than they give themselves credit for — is something I will never walk away from.
That part of me didn’t fade. It got clearer.
I’ve been on a personal break, doing the inner work, tending to my life behind the scenes. And now, I finally feel ready to step back into the studio — not rushed, not scattered, but grounded.
✨ I’ll begin taking sessions again in April.
