I have created a type of art using recycled wood and acrylic paint to form a sort of frame for my photography. I first start by taking the photo and printing the on my printer, then I mount the photo on a piece of recycled wood with a type of adhesive glue. When dry I proceed to blend parts of the wood with acrylic paint and finish it with a coat of polyurethane to protect the final work. When finished it should look like a painting rather than a photo.
