📣 Temporary Business Closure Notice 📣
As many of you know, Honey Babes Photography is truly a one-woman show. Tomorrow, June 16th, I will be undergoing a major surgery that will require a significant recovery period.

Because of this, Honey Babes Photography will be temporarily closed beginning June 16, 2026. At this time, I anticipate being out of the office through at least mid-July, with a possible return date closer to August 1st depending on my recovery. I will be taking things one day at a time and listening to my body throughout the healing process.

For the first 1–2 weeks following surgery, I will not be responding to calls, text messages, emails, social media messages, or booking inquiries as I focus entirely on rest and recovery. If you have an active session or order with me, I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

I will continue to provide updates here on my page as I recover and will let everyone know if I am able to return sooner than expected.

Thank you all for your prayers, encouragement, support, and understanding. Running this business and capturing your families’ most precious moments has been an incredible blessing, and I look forward to getting back behind the camera when I am healthy enough to do so.

Sweet moments, endless giggles, and so much love. 🌿✨

Alexis' spring mini session was everything I love about family photography. We had so much fun exploring, the light was absolutely gorgeous, and the scenery created the perfect backdrop for capturing these precious memories. Sweet Lucy is officially 3 months old, and what a joy it was to capture this milestone for her family!

There is something so special about 3-month sessions. They're simple, sweet, and focused entirely on your baby and the people who love them most. No elaborate posing—just genuine moments and beautiful memories.

At 3 months, babies are starting to show so much personality. They're lifting their heads, making eye contact, sharing those heart-melting smiles, and becoming more engaged with the world around them. It's such a fun stage that often gets overlooked between newborn and 6-month sessions.

Don't sleep on the 3-month milestone! While 6 months is exciting because babies are often sitting up independently, 3 months is a huge milestone too. It's the stage where your tiny newborn is beginning to transform into an expressive, curious little person.

Lucy was absolutely adorable for her session, and I loved capturing these precious moments with her lovely family. ❤️

Before I left for Colorado, I had the opportunity to photograph this absolutely beautiful young woman in the studio with a simple white backdrop, and I am completely in love with how these images turned out.

There is something so timeless about simplicity. No elaborate set, no distractions—just elegant portraits that focus on the person in front of the camera. Her confidence, beauty, and personality shine through in every image, and that's exactly what I love about this style of photography.

This session was actually booked last minute after she had contacted several photographers who weren't able to fit her in. I do my best to keep some availability open for clients who need a session on short notice, and I'm so glad we were able to make this happen!

That said, if you're considering a session, I always recommend booking in advance whenever possible. Booking early gives you the best selection of dates and allows more time for planning, especially if you're interested in a custom set or themed session.

These simple studio portraits are also a wonderful option for seniors who want a clean, classic look that won't go out of style. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, updating portraits, or planning senior photos, sometimes less really is more.

📸 Lifestyle Family Session Model Call 📸

I'm looking for one family (5 people or fewer) for a storytelling-style lifestyle session that will take place this weekend only. 30 minute session in your home and includes 20 high resolution digital images with print release.

These sessions focus on real-life moments and genuine connections rather than posed portraits. Activities may include:

• Playing board games or reading books together
• Baking cookies or cooking a favorite family meal
• Building forts, playing with toys, or doing crafts
• Snuggling on the couch for movie time
• Gardening or watering flowers outdoors
• Exploring your backyard or neighborhood
• Chasing bubbles, playing tag, or swinging at the park
• Playing with family pets in the yard
• Caring for chickens, farm animals, or hobby animals
• Working on projects together in the garage or workshop
• Family picnics, campfires, or outdoor adventures
• Any activity that reflects your family's everyday life and interests

Requirements:
• Family of 5 or fewer
• Session must take place this weekend
• Must be comfortable with images being used in my portfolio, website, social media, and advertising
• Must be willing to participate in a candid, playful, documentary-style session

Important: I will be having surgery on June 16, so final images will be delivered approximately 3 weeks to 1 month after the session.

How adorable is this sweet birthday boy?! 💙

Jason was a little shy when he first arrived, but with a little patience and lots of smiles, we captured some absolutely precious moments. His cloud-themed birthday setup was the perfect fit for this sweet guy, and once he warmed up, his personality started to shine through.

We also took some beautiful family photos during the session, which always makes these milestone memories even more special. It's such an honor to help families celebrate these important moments and preserve memories they'll cherish for years to come.
