Another walkout wedding for me in the books! These weddings are so simple and so beautiful. They are some of my favorites out here on the coast. We literally walk out on any beach, pick a spot that we want to stand, and hold our ceremony however we like. The simplicity of this is something in itself, because the skies the limit and there are really no restrictions as long as you’re not setting anything up. This is what it looks like if you elope, or want to come down and have a very simple ceremony on the Alabama coast. Found my muse! These days shooting at the Pier is becoming more frequent for me and I’M LOVING IT!!! There is so much variety there, and I’m discovering new angles every time I visit. It’s always fun shooting at the Gulf State Park Pier because it gives interesting angles and depth to my photos. There are so many backgrounds to choose from including beside the pier, under the pier, on top of the pier, and opposite the pier with the dunes in the background. Side note: if you want to go up into the pier there is an admission fee. I believe it’s $3 per person, but check before you go for the exact price. (We didn’t go onto the pier in this shoot)

Well it’s been quite the week for me! Traveling back to California to shoot another wedding at the place I called home for 21 years was truly a treat. There were a lot of new faces working (and a few old ones) and it was an honor working with them all. Kevin was such a pleasure to work with as well as Nick the DJ. It was so nice seeing Will again and Brandon even made a brief appearance! All in all it was a fun night with lots of laughs and TONS of photos! Enjoyed seeing my good friend and sidekick also and I want to thank her once again for keeping me hydrated! IT WAS A HOT!!!🥵 🔥 ☀️

This never gets old. The most beautiful beaches I have ever seen are found right here on the “Emerald Coast” and I’m so thankful this is my home now! I still can’t believe it really. I mean, every day I’m being asked “why Alabama?” and to be honest, I couldn’t have predicted that I’d end up here in a million lifetimes. I guess my only answer to the question would be “why NOT Alabama?” lol. This is the one place you can have a small, intimate, beautiful, beach wedding at an elopement price. It is a FRACTION of the cost and TBH, I think even more beautiful. So intimate, yet so wide open. The ocean has my heart forever, and I’m never leaving this coast. ☀️🌊🫧

Another amazing beach wedding in Gulf Shores Alabama! This is my 3-hour package which allows me time to go to your place while you are getting ready and take some “Before the Ceremony” shots. I love this package because it gives me a little bit of time to get to know everyone unlike a 1-hour photo package that only covers the ceremony, groups, and couple’s photos. They had approximately 40 guests at this wedding and a good size wedding party. This was the PERFECT package for them and I got so many great photos. WAY TOO MANY to post them here, but here’s a little “snippet” of their day…🤗
