You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately.
From fall through spring, life was incredibly busy, and I’m so grateful. So many families, sweet littles, and seniors trusted me to capture their memories behind my lens. Thank you for making those seasons so special.
As things began to slow down, our family experienced an unexpected loss and hit us hard. We also took some much needed time away to simply be together. Life has a way of reminding us to slow down, cherish the moments we have, and never take our time with the people we love for granted.
If there’s one piece of advice I can leave you with, it’s this: Take the time off. Take the photos. Take the videos. Celebrate the ordinary moments, not just the milestones. Work can wait, your family cannot.
One day, those photos and videos may become some of your most treasured possessions. They tell stories, preserve memories, and keep the people we love close to our hearts long after they’re gone.
Take the photo. You’ll never regret having it.
