I now offer 'Portraits' and 'Lifestyle Sessions'. What’s the difference? Well, I love both styles, but it all depends on YOUR style and desires. Keep reading to see what kind of memories I can create for you!

More formal, posed, everyone looking at the camera, everyone dressed up in coordinating outfits, ideal outdoor settings, ideal natural lighting. I will capture you and your loved ones looking your absolute best! We will discuss your vision of the final photos, and I can advise you on location choice, outfits/colors, and props. For that dreamy, bright and airy lighting, my portrait sessions are always outdoors during the Golden Hour before sunset.
In the portrait sessions, I take many shots, but only choose the most flawless photos to edit/touch-up to perfection. There are usually 15-40 final edited pictures, depending on length of session, ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour. (2-hour portrait shoot times are also available, and recommended for newborns, high school seniors, and engagements. Allows for multiple locations and wardrobe changes.)
Best for: prints of all sizes, wall art, traditional holiday cards, birth/graduation/engagement announcements.

More casual, relaxed, unposed, show natural emotions, natural smiles, capture everyday life and family interactions. These can be taken in the comfort of your own home, and thus require no travel to a location, and are not dependent on weather or time of day. Kids can do whatever they want, and aren’t forced to sit still or pose. Pets can show up or be the focus of some shots! I can take pictures of the mom or dad cooking and caring for the children, and all of the other little parts of family life that are often uncelebrated and forgotten. Or, I can come with you to a park, the zoo, pumpkin patch, Christmas tree farm, or other fun activity, and be a quiet bystander, documenting your experience in a creative and memorable way.
In lifestyle sessions, I spend even MORE time with your family, and take even MORE shots, then cull through them looking for the photos that best capture your emotions and memories. There are usually 75-200+ final edited pictures, depending on length of session. Available in session times of 1-hr, 2-hr, 4-hr, or even a full day of special memory-making fun.
Best for: making and preserving memories, photojournalistic-style documenting, prints, photo albums, calendars, fun/casual holiday cards.
