I need to address something because it’s such a repetitive thing the last two months..

Please understand that when you book with me or agree to do so, I am putting ACTUAL time and work into the session with you BEFORE we ever even meet for the session.

•communication
•administration work
•choosing a location
•gathering props
•cleaning my lens + camera before your session
•sending reminders (my system does this for me sooo I can see when you open the email)🫠😣

I’m scheduling around YOU.

I’m planning locations and dates.
I’m communicating with multiple people about the same date.

I’m turning away/holding spots from others.
If you say you agree to that date & suddenly I get ghosted. 👻

It messes my finances UP, when it doesn’t match my system AND when it keeps happening to the same person, I GET FLAGGED on my system!!🙃

Changing your mind is okay. Life happens.

I absolutely understand that, more than anyone due to having stage three endometriosis on my bladder + pending some other conditions currently now.

Ghosting is just NOT okay. Period.

Mainly during my super busy season, which this year, I haven’t slowed down one bit like I normally do in the summer. -THANK YOUUU 💗🥹

When we’re selecting dates then, waiting weeks for a retainer to be paid. When the deposit has to be completed and the contract HAS to be signed in order to continue services with me within 48 hours of sending it.

We always send you a text message to make sure you received the email since it goes into your spam most of the time.
I don’t want you to miss it!

*Otherwise you WILL miss out on your time slot.

Ignoring retainers that are due is not okay.

Agreeing to a date & price and then leaving your photographer on read, booking with someone else is just disheartening and NOT respectful.

If you are no longer interested, or found someone else, for any reason…SEND ME A MESSAGE, please.

It takes 30 seconds. I always follow up with every potential client. I would much rather receive an uncomfortable “I changed my mind” than have “POOF” disappear to waste both of our time. 😣

Moving forward, please DO NOT book, or agree to a session unless you’re prepared to fully communicate, pay your retainer, and actually follow through the contract.

This is why we offer payment plans, NOT MANY photographers offer that. If this does happen one more time, my deposit fees will be going up. 🥲

Pleasee respect us, my business, and most importantly our time.

August 21st - September 29th we will be CLOSED due to me having a full hysterectomy, + removing any endometriosis they find again.

Over the last two months I’ve been battling more health issues, and I’ll be making many trips to Chicago to see more specialists on what to do going forward with my health at the end of next month while I’m healing.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been there throughout this journey with me, I can’t do it alone anymore and the support has been amazing. 💗

Especially my husband, you’ll probably see him at sessions with me this fall making sure I don’t do too much..😅
