Those smaller amounts of money? That’s investing in yourself. That’s the whole point of building something.

Investing in yourself might look like buying into a community. Buying new equipment. Whatever it takes to move forward.

Drop this mindset that everything should be FREE and reward should come with ZERO risk up front.

Everything is a risk, no matter the price, because you’re always putting your time in too.

Once you’re in, don’t sit quiet. Show up. Communicate. Make sure people know who you are and what you do.

When I first started, there wasn’t much community. Everybody wanted to be the CEO, run the agency, or sell the dream. Very few people were focused on actually helping creators grow.

That’s one of the biggest reasons me and Cody built Creator Collective.
