Agenda for the week (A day late but it’s fine, I’m fine) 💐

•All individuals will be delivered in full on Friday
(Including my Girl’s Day event) 🎉

•Slowly but surely working through these (3) wedding galleries. I am about halfway finished with each of the three for reference. We are looking at about 3-4 weeks left on these! Weekly progress drops will be delivered on Friday of this week 🫶🏻

•All (3) wedding films are in the beginning stages of production this week! (So exciting)

•Still behind on a few things I’m in the process of juggling to wrap those up, so hang in there with me on these 🙂

PSA: I’m nearing the end of my busy szn you guys! I plan on keeping my schedule laid back for this next month or so, which means I will have much more free time on my hands to speed up wedding progress drops/ TAT on my individuals/ tie up loose ends that I’m behind on/ etc. I say all of that to say— thank you guys sincerely for your patience and kindness lately. The historic Wesley House in Santa Rosa, FL

So this gem is located just 1 hour and 50 minutes from Dothan and this is a popular historic beauty in the photography world that I have been DYING to do family/couples portraits at! (Please, please, pleaaaaase)

I would love to dedicate a weekend in August or September to offering mini sessions here at an affordable price to you all if you are up for a beach trip 😍

Attached are basic reference photos of this location that are NOT my photos, but I also attached the last two photos that ARE my edited images. These are attached to give you guys an idea of what these will look like from a similar location nearby (the Holman House)

• Production of my three wedding videos will begin this week, and you can expect to receive your wedding video 4-6 weeks post Wedding Day

I’m just absolutely in awe to have permission to share such a meaningful maternity session. Im in awe of womanhood in its entirety, really.

We carry resilience and perseverance on the chin throughout every stage of motherhood.

I admire how we carry life + home so gracefully while waves are violently crashing inside our minds, as if this is the new normal. (It is)

I admire the dedication we pour into motherhood as the 4am silence somehow equates to the loudest tornado siren to have ever existed.

I admire how the house + home is tended to, although we haven’t tended to ourselves in months, some of us years.

I admire how committed we are to our children as we watch our bodies grow and stretch into bodies we don’t even recognize anymore. I also admire how courageously we approach birth, knowing the likelihood that this may be the last thing we ever do. (We wouldn’t have it any other way)

Waves crashing, lightning striking, angels singing, two worlds combining into one, and not to mention the mental warfare we face during post partum— and all at the expense of ourselves because we prayed for this.

These thoughts saturate my mind with every one of my maternity sessions. You may see a girl holding a camera, but I get to witness womanhood and motherhood all over again through each of you.

What a blessing that is. What a privilege that is.

In a world that neglects to see or hear women, let alone newfound mamas— please know that I feel everything so very deeply alongside of you guys 💐
