The quirky. The fierce. Your bff behind the lens.
Yep - that's me in a nutshell.

And around this time 7 years ago, I made the leap to go completely full time with this shabang of a career. After leaving corporate in 2018 to nannying for a year to build this thing from the ground up. Two months before getting married to my honey, months before covid hit and the world shut down, and here I am still so eternally grateful for still being here documenting it all.

Being there for your “i do,” your “we’re pregnant!”, your “baby has arrived”, your growing family, and all the little moments in between.

Basically, if it matters to you, it matters to me.
And yes, I’m probably going to hype you up the entire time while snorting like a pig (iykyk)! So, thank you to those who allowed me in for a season or a lifetime. You all have been little steppingstones to the biggest part of my life.

I met sweet little Noah back in July and my goodness, what a sweet little blessing he is! 🥹 like look at him in his customized suitcase 😭

I’ve been working alongside many mom & dad’s recently who have walked the journey of infertility. And it is so incredibly beautiful to be a part of some of these stories and hear about how hard their mom & dad worked, waited, hoped, and prayed to get them here. There is so much that happens behind the scenes before these sweet babies ever make it into their parents’ arms, and I feel so incredibly honored that I get to step into these stories and document the beautiful part at the end.

I truly hold all of my momma & daddy clients who have walked through infertility so close to my heart. The ones who fight so hard, wait so long, and go through all of the trials and tribulations that come with growing their family.

And for the families who are still waiting, still hoping, or still in the middle of that journey, I see you, too. I know that seeing these beautiful announcements and newborn sessions can hold so many different emotions when you’re longing for your own little one.

Getting to photograph these babies, knowing just how deeply they were wanted and loved before they ever arrived, is something I will never take for granted and makes my job even more special. What an absolute honor it is to be a tiny part of these stories.

I don’t share a ton of personal motherhood stuff on this page or chat too much on my stories anymore because I simply just don’t have the time, but this season of motherhood with two kids has shaped so much of who I am. Both behind the camera and outside of it.

It’s allowed me to relate to my clients in a much more personal way, to support my momma clients through those early postpartum days, and to have a deeper understanding of just how quickly these seasons pass.

And honestly, that’s part of why I started my 300-mile walking challenge this August to complete by the end of 2026. I’m trying to find my way back to moving my body, getting outside, making space for myself, and remembering that I’m still in here somewhere underneath the motherhood chaos. 😂 The beginning of the year was devoted to my mental and emotional health, and we are tip toeing into the physical side of things.

Motherhood has humbled me, stretched me, exhausted me, and changed me and my business in ways I never could have imagined.

So here are a few things postpartum with two kids has taught me… 😂🥹

The messy, overstimulating, beautiful, “I have no idea what I’m doing” version, all while keeping the wheels turning on this wonderful business I’m so grateful for 🫶🏼

Any other mom of two feel like they’re constantly learning how to parent two completely different humans? 😂
And to those mommas with more than 2, bless your soul, your patience, and your sanity 🙏🏻

Did we get TREATED this past weekend by the beauty of good company, a lovely bride and groom, stunning weather, and a wonderful day filled with radiating joy, love, and many emotional speeches + touching vows. Sam & Taylor truly encompassed the meaning of friendship behind marriage. It was such an honor to be invited up to Petoskey to share in celebration as they were surrounded by all of their family and loved ones. Truly a weekend and wedding for us to remember 🫶🏼
