Hope everyone is having an amazing weekend.

Yesterday Mike took me on the motorcycle for a ride. I am so glad I went. Riding is so good for my soul.

I have been down and out for almost a month and he knew this was what I needed.

Today I am just
Taken it easy and enjoy quiet time as my husband went in a business call.

What a beautiful day it is going to be. Up early getting things done slowly and then going to enjoy the outdoors.

Thank you all of you that have changed sessions around and understanding what is going on. Being out of work, and with my back/shoulder injury I need to let things rest. This has been going on for over a month and I kept going and going, I was pulled out of work on 6/1.

I have my good days and then I over do it with house work. Then back with all the pain. So again thank you for understanding you are the best.

I thought yesterday I was going to be able to go back to work. Doctor said no no no..

But I can walk about and take photos, so wait till you see my flowers from the yard.

Happy Wednesday everyone. Just got home from Doctors appointment and enjoying cup of coffee ☕️

Half way through the week everyone. Hope you all stay cool and maybe we will see a thunderstorm ⛈️

But heat advisory has been issued till Friday 🔥😮. Make sure you check on your pets (keep them inside) the elderly. And anyone that does not have AC.
