My heart is breaking right know, but last night heaven gained an angel my daddy ( Garry Powers sr.) passed away. I don’t know how I am gonna not have you here with me. I love you daddy.

1st workout of the day is in the bag over 1hr and a half on the treadmill and walked over 2 & 1/2 miles I feel great!!!
