Have you ever wondered why cheetahs have those black tear marks under their eyes? There’s a beautiful, heartbreaking myth that tells the story of how these marks came to be.
Long ago, a mother cheetah lost her precious cubs to a cruel twist of fate. Grief-stricken and heartbroken, she wept for days, her tears falling like rain. The tears streaked down her face, and as they dried, they left behind marks in the shape of teardrops.
