My base rate is $50 per property, which includes residential and commercial properties within Destin limits. For properties in Santa Rosa Beach and Fort Walton Beach, my rate increases to $65 dollars, and anything in Pensacola will be about $100-120 to cover the additional travel time and cost.
If you have multiple properties outside of Destin, I would not charge you full $60 or $100 per property if I’m photographing them on the same day. I would package them for you, with each additional property being an extra $20 on top of the base.
These prices include editing and unlimited photos needed for your property, commercial property, events, etc.
As for my availability, I currently have a full time job while I own and operate this business. I have Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays available for drone work. I can travel anywhere, anytime on those days.
