New rules for our community.
1. Purpose and Values
Her Colorado Circle exists to create a positive, respectful community through social connection and shared experiences. Members agree to be kind, inclusive, and responsible for their words and actions.
2. Membership Eligibility
Her Colorado Circle is open to individuals 21+, and Her Colorado Circle is open to individuals 18+. Membership is free, RSVP is required for events, and organizers may remove members who violate group rules.
3. Behavior and Conduct
All members must treat others with dignity and respect regardless of identity or beliefs. Harassment, discrimination, unwanted advances, or disruptive public conflict are not allowed.
4. Safety and Boundaries
Members must respect physical and emotional boundaries at all times and immediately honor any expression of discomfort. Sexual harassment, stalking, threats, violence, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
5. Alcohol, Substances, and Events.
Alcohol is optional and never required, and illegal drugs are not permitted at events. Members are responsible for their own behavior and safe transportation.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality.
Members must respect the privacy of others and may not share photos, personal information, or conversations without permission. Private group content may not be screenshot, reposted, or distributed.
7. Communication and Online Conduct.
All communication must remain respectful and relevant. Spamming, self-promotion, sales, political campaigning, religious recruiting, fundraising, and explicit content are not allowed.
8. Organizer Authority.
Organizers may set event guidelines, moderate discussions, remove posts, and remove members when necessary to protect the community.
9. Consequences
Rule violations may result in a reminder, warning, or removal from the group depending on the severity.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in Her Colorado Circle is voluntary and at each member’s own risk.Organizers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages that occur during group activities.
11. RSVP and Attendance
RSVP is required for all events so organizers can plan accordingly. If no members RSVP, the event or meeting may be canceled. Members should update their RSVP if their plans change. This helps organizers plan space, activities, and attendance more accurately.
12. Event Participation
Events are intended to create a welcoming and organized experience for everyone. Members are encouraged to be respectful of event times, communicate if they are running late, and follow any event guidelines shared by organizers.
13. Inactive Membership
To keep the community active, members are encouraged to attend events when possible. Members who remain inactive and do not participate in events for an extended period may be removed from the group.
14. No Drama or Public Callouts
Concerns or conflicts should be handled privately and respectfully with organizers rather than through public arguments or callouts in group spaces.
15. Community Focus
The group is designed to build friendship and community first. Networking is welcome, but members are encouraged to get to know each other personally, and a separate networking chat may be used for professional connections. This group is not intended for dating recruitment.
16. Photography and social media
Photos may only be taken or shared with the consent of those in them. Members who prefer not to be photographed should have their preference respected.
