Spent some time in the Colorado mountains last week in the Redstone area. The smoke was a little thick but cleared up towards the end of my visit. We saw several hummingbirds around our camp and got a few shots.

Visited Rocky Mountain National Park this week . Winter and summer have collided. In this picture its snowing and the sun was comming out in the short minute I was taking shots of this beautiful aspen tree just leafing out. I'm pretty sure it thought it was spring!

Whenever I visit Las Cruces NM I always try to visit White Sands National Park about an hour away. If you wait for the sunset the lighting becomes almost magical! The golden hour, we call it which you can see in this shot from White Sands!
