2020 - Almost Heaven Sunset

This was a trip that did not go at all as planned. I originally drove out to West Virginia to shoot the Milky Way in the Dolly Sods. When I arrived, however, it was absolutely packed. There were so many people that it was honestly overwhelming.

Not wanting to give up, I went over to Spruce K**b. While waiting for the Milky Way, I shot this sunset. I'm glad I got this shot because the clouds ended up rolling in and destroying any chance that I had to shoot the night sky!
