I'm usually pretty good at not letting sessions affect me, there are a few that put that knot in my throat and a burning in my eyes, Lumos' session was that.

you see, it's never really "just a cat". it's usually a bottle baby, a cat distribution soul mate, the best boy. Lumos' mom knows that he hurts, that he's not himself. And you could see he was telling her "it's ok, mom." I'm just not sure I've seen a cat look at their person the way he looks at her...

Remembering Diamond 💎
For 13 years, Diamond was not just her mom's first dog but a daughter in a house of boys. From a young foster fail to a medically complex senior, her mom has been with her since the young age of 13. From her own personal milestones to Diamond's surgeries, liver disease, diabetes and finally the aggressive osteosarcoma, mom was there.

Even with her vision and hearing gone, you could see the love Diamond still had for her mom; always sensing her presence and quickly to smother her with a face full of kisses. Thank you for a lifetime of memories 💜
