How special it is to have a dog all through your young adult life. That's what Mojo was to Karime from the time she was 12. And now, 18 years later, we were able to capture the importance of Mojo not just to Karime, but the whole family.

So thank you to dogs like Mojo, who give us all they can for as long as they can 💜

Ever since I was younger, I've loved knowing my dog breeds. Working as a vet tech I get so excited seeing more rare/uncommon breeds. Recently, I have fallen in love with the Xoloitzcuintli, or the Mexican hairless (although they also come in a coated variety).
Xoloitzcuintli are an ancient breed from Mexico. Historically, they were revered by ancient civilizations like the Aztecs and are now considered Mexico's national dog. They are seen as spiritual healers and guides in the afterlife.

To be able to meet and interact with this magnificent dog was amazing and even with a very intense look to them, are a goofy and loyal family dog.

Zeus's mom contacted me after her worst fear was confirmed; her beloved dog of 10 years had cancer. After a month of treating what they thought was a bad UTI, X-rays and an ultrasound showed a nonoperational bladder mass. So, although Zeus's time is unknown, he'll be kept comfortable and spoiled with his 2 little humans at his side 💜

A living legend. A gentle giant. A show dog. Cart pulling extrodinaire. Foster mom to Bassetts.
This is Terra - the one born of earth and water.

What an honor and privilege to meet a Newfoundland as great as Terra. At 12 and half years old you can't call her anything less than a legend, you can see in her eyes still how young and miraculous she is at heart. For the past 2 years, her parents have been dedicated to her health and mobility as she has suffered with spinal stenosis, a task challenging for a dog of "normal" size and stature.

To meet families with an amazing story, each personal and unique, to interact with dogs who have brought joy and healing to their moms and dads and the parents who have to make the kindest, most difficult decision to say goodbye. It all is an honor and I am so blessed to capture the love for you and share it with many.
