some sweet moments from Katie and Matt’s California wedding ✨

the days leading up to their big day were so chilly, we were all so afraid of what the day would turn out like 🫣

well, low and behold, we were SWEATING! their wedding turned out to be one of the most gorgeous, warmest days in California in December!

this day was filled with so much love, from the bride and groom to their big beautiful group of family and loved ones

Over the past few weeks devastation has hit California. Hard. So many good, hardworking families have lost their homes and all their belongings. All the childhood memories, photos, irreplaceable valuables, gone. I still cannot believe I was 2 hours south of Los Angeles weeks before the fires erupted. They are still bracing for destruction as high winds push the fires further and further. I’m honored to have been able to donate towards helping the people of Southern California and I hope you’re able too! lex and brady frolicking in the sunflower fields turned into a beautifully unexpected stormy night ☁️

these two are everything. i met them closer to their 6-month anniversary and now they’ve been together for a year, today. meeting them has been such a blessing and being able to capture these special silly beautiful moments of them together has been the best privilege. when lex reached out to me to photograph them again, i couldn’t say no. happy anniversary to these two lovebirds 🕊️ i can’t wait to capture so many more memories of these two 🩷

rachel and brody by the poolside 🏖️

this wonderful weekend was a HOT one and rachel just had to take a dip in the pool to cool down while brody relaxed in the shade. this was such a spontaneous, memorable moment because it was just too good not to document! if you ever have a session with me or i’m photographing your wedding day, anything you wanna do we’ll do! wanna go jump in the pool or ocean? want to scooters through the city? want to grab a sweet treat? i’ll document it all! 🩷

i am so overjoyed to announce that i am now offering maternity and birth sessions for expecting mommas and their families 🌱

i haven’t had the privilege of brining a sweet soul into this world yet, and I can only imagine how much it takes a toll on you expecting mommas, emotionally, physically, and mentally. but it is also the most magical thing you ever get to do, to create a sweet soul and human through your BODY. to all those who have children or are expecting, i applaud each and every one of you. what you’re doing takes immense strength, courage, and most important so much love, for yourself and your baby.

and although this journey may not be easy, i want to celebrate your strength and power by documenting the story of your pregnancy. the good and the bad, the joyful and tender moments.
