Snow drifting through an empty tree farm, Christmas music humming somewhere in the background, and Isla laughing as she hunted for her favorite candy canes. The kids stayed bundled in blankets, pressed between the people who keep them most warm, mom and dad. It felt quiet, simple, and exactly like the kind of December moment you want to hold onto just before Christmas.

Picture this: you and your family arrive at Trenton Trees to have your photos done with me on Saturday, December 6th. The air smells like pine, the ground crunches under your boots, and for a few minutes, it feels like time pauses. You pull the kids in close, tuck your chilly hands into your coat, and laugh about how cold your noses are. It’s those small moments that I love most, the ones that don’t feel posed, just honest.

Every fall, Korryn and her crew bring the best energy, but this year they brought everyone.

The kids climbed trees, chased leaves, and filled Proctor Park with laughter until the sun dipped behind the fall colors.
We even stumbled on a giant bees nest at the top of one of the trees, thankfully long abandoned.

It was the kind of session that reminds me why I love photographing families. The chaos, the connection, and the little in between moments that feel like real life. 🍂🧡

Vinci and Aidan met in Cooperstown. What started as a first date turned into forever.💍

They told me their story, how one quiet night in that same little town changed everything. How laughter turned into comfort, and comfort into love.

For their session, they each wrote a love note, words they had never said out loud before, and read them to one another as the sun went down.

By the end of it, it didn’t feel like a photoshoot.
It felt like watching two people remember why they chose each other.

Some love stories feel like they were always meant to circle back.

Bailey and Danny first met in high school, drifted apart, and then found their way back to one another. Since then, they have been side by side in everything they do, from building a life together to creating Bailey’s Daily Pet Care, a business grown from their shared love for animals.

Their session felt golden and effortless, filled with the kind of quiet magic that only happens when two people are truly at home with each other. 💍🍂
