Trying to commit to doing one creative thing a day. Who wants to join me?

It can be an hour a day, 30 mins, all day, or even just 5 mins!! Which is probably the most realistic for us busy moms with school about to start back! But even just that 5 mins makes a difference!

It grounds us and let’s us express ourselves beyond the daily routines we have to keep up with. It fuels us and reminds us of who we really are! Even just a doodle in the corner of a receipt in the car pick up line counts!

Make time for your creativity and see just how much of a difference it makes in your life!

When you hear those negative voices pop up in your head, just say "No Clarence! That's stupid! You know we are/can/will/fill in the blank with positive affirmation!" Then shut the door in his face! 😄
