“Pink Lotus”

A lot of my work has been sparked by time spent photographing at the Denver Botanic Gardens. My granddaughter and I sat by this pond together — sharing lunch, laughter, and the wonder of these blossoms.

This is a new piece inspired by my granddaughter who loves Penguins.
The Title is ‘Pinguini’.
It will be available in my small 13 x 19 Limited Edition print Collection at Pottery Barn. Each of these prints will be signed & numbered.

Years spent modeling in Europe taught me to see color as emotion—
fabric as movement, and light as language.
Those worlds of texture and tone still live in my art.
Here, the wild emerges through layers of magenta and sapphire,
a harmony of strength and grace— a reminder that beauty, like courage, is often born in untamed places.

Fall in Colorado is truly an immersive experience!
The colors are electric. I happen to see a bunch of leaves that had blown altogether naturally to form the shape of a heart.
