Interview/documentaries were never really something of interest. Or course watching them was always awesome, but creating is different. Filming with Pamela was one of the most energetic experiences of my career so far. SUPER INSPIRATIONAL! And LOG footage....OMG! The before and after is finally getting to a point where I'm happy with my color grades. Lol.

Just another human being protecting his hair with material that's his favorite color. Not a criminal. Not in a stolen car. Not "ghetto". A CEO of 3 companies and another human being protecting his hair. No one challenges other ethnicities or religious beliefs for protecting their hair. "Ghetto" is slang for a location not fabric or an ethnic group. The world needs to grow up.

When I filmed this, I was on the verge of giving up film and photography all together. Just as quickly as I had become to appreciate the art, I began to give up on it. I only picked up cameras in the first place as a way to preserve life. Losing some relatives built a sense of urgency to document every second of my life and others. Nina stopped me from quitting everything all together. I REALLY appreciate her and her family. Without y'all, Ambitious Nature may not have made it this far. Thank you Nina and family for continuously being here for me!...Let me know in the comments if you can guess when we filmed this. it'll probably shock you. lol
