Spent last weekend in Denver, spent this one with a kidney stone. Reminiscing on good times with good friends + fall layering to get me through it. 😅 Leaving Denver gets harder each time, especially when your people introduce you to other good people + places!

Speaking of good places - I finally made it to Tocabe, and I loved it! We normally have our Indian Tacos with fried pork or ground beef - the different bison options were such a treat, I went twice. My favorite was the braised bison with hominy, and I obviously had to try the blue corn brew. So good. 10/10.
