Hey there, and welcome! 👋✨

I’ve noticed a lot of beautiful new faces around here lately, so I figured it is the perfect time to reintroduce myself. I’m Kierra Rossiter, the face behind the lens, and I am so incredibly happy you are here! 📸🤍

Life looks a little different lately, so here is a quick peek into my world right now:

💍 Newlywed: Back in April, I married my amazing best friend, and I’m still floating on cloud nine!
👶 Mama: First and foremost, I am a proud mom. My kids and family are my absolute entire world.
🐓 Homesteader at Heart: When I’m not holding a camera, you can usually find me tending to my chickens, working in the garden, or canning fresh goodies.
💼 9-to-5: By day, I work a full-time job at Cedar Ridge. I absolutely love what I do because knowing that I make a real difference every single day is beyond rewarding.

Balancing a 9-to-5, being a full-time mama, and running this photography business—which I am so deeply passionate about—is a beautiful, chaotic blessing.

Standard turnaround times in the past were always lightning-fast. However, I’ve recently been working hard on prioritizing my health, my time, and my family. Because of that, my gallery turnaround times will be pushed out a little further than they used to be. Please know that your memories are still my priority, and turnarounds will always be discussed openly with you during our session! 🫶

A few random things I love:

🏈 Football and softball seasons
🍂 Crisp fall days
🏹 Hunting with my husband to provide fresh food for our little family
🏡 Staying home to relax (even though that rarely happens, haha!)
✈️ Traveling!

If you’ve ever wondered why family sessions hold such a permanent place in my heart, it’s because of this: life moves fast, and things change, but the love we share is everything. 🤍

To me, a family session isn’t just about getting everyone to stand still and smile at my lens. It’s a gentle reminder to keep the people you love close while you can. It’s about documenting the real, unscripted messiness, the shared laughs, the tight hugs, and the quiet glances that say “I’ve got you.”

We never get this exact version of today back. Don’t wait for the “perfect” time, the perfect outfits, or the perfect weather to document your people. Take the photo. Hold them close. Preserve the memory while it’s right in front of you.

✨ A little life update & some new boundaries ✨

First, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single one of you who supports my photography business. You all allow me to do what I love, and I am incredibly grateful! 🤍

As my business grows, I am learning how to balance all the beautiful, busy parts of my life. Along with photography, I work another job and, most importantly, I am a full-time momma. Lately, I’ve realized I have been putting my photography ahead of everything else, and I’ve been running on empty. I am human, and I need to give myself a little more grace and personal time.

Because of this, I am setting some new boundaries for my work-life balance moving forward:

🌿 Business Hours: I will not be responding to messages after 6:00 PM.

🌿 Response Time: Please do not expect immediate responses. It may take up to 2–3 days for me to reply to messages as I catch up between my other responsibilities.

Right now, I am actively working on 6+ gorgeous albums! I am working hard to get them out to you, but I will not rush the process. I respect my clients too much to cut corners. You all deserve the absolute best quality images, and that takes time.
