Even though a wedding day is centered around the bride and groom, it’s a big day for them too!

For years they’ve watched their babies grow. They did bedtime routines, sat through school programs, band concerts, ball games, late nights, heartbreaks, milestones, and it somehow all flew by. This is such a huge chapter.

A wedding day is full of joy, but for parents it often holds something bittersweet too because a season of life is evolving.

Those photos may not seem urgent in the rush of a wedding timeline, but years later they become priceless.

Take the photo. They’ll never regret having it.

The love you pour out and the memories you create deserve to be celebrated every day. Thank you for letting me capture these beautiful moments of motherhood.

I want to also gently acknowledge that today can feel heavy for some.
To the women longing to become mothers, those walking through infertility or waiting, the mothers who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, and those missing their own mom today... If you are reading this, you are deeply seen, thought of, and prayed for. 🤍 You are not alone, and The Lord sees you and cares for you.

Mother’s Day can hold both joy and grief at the same time, and there is room for all of it here. Sending love to every heart today.
