A quick switch out of the bright colorful fall photos from the San Juans to a high contrast B&W photo of Courthouse Mountain and Chimney Rock, that was part of the devastating Gold Mountain fire this Summer. Not much color here to show due to the burn scar at the base of this mountain. This will take years to come back to its full beauty, if it even does. Just reminder that our forests are fragile.
