Hi everyone, I want to be transparent here. I am getting over bronchitis (it really kicked my butt) and yesterday, my laptop died (out of warranty of course) so I had to purchase a new one. I just picked it up. Your photos are safe as I have not deleted them from memory cards and have uploaded them to my cloud. This just puts me more behind. When it rains, it pours. Thank you for your understanding.

Ashley O’Rourke Photography – Late Policy

Hey friends! I know life happens (kids, traffic, outfit changes 😅), but to keep sessions running smoothly for everyone, here’s a quick rundown:

Running a little late?
No stress—there’s a 10-minute grace period! We’ll still shoot, but your session time may be slightly shortened so I can stay on schedule.

More than 10 minutes late?
We’ll make the most of the remaining time, or we may need to reschedule. Your deposit will be transferred to your new session date.

20+ minutes late without notice / no-show:
At that point, the session is considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another session.

Communication is key!
If you’re running behind, just send me a quick message/text! I’ll always do my best to work with you when I can.

Thanks so much for respecting my time (and everyone else’s!)—it helps me give you the best experience possible. I'll also hold myself to this policy!
