🥚 Community Share Program: Helping Our Neighbors Thrive 🌾

​Our girls have been incredibly busy, and right now, we are blessed with a beautiful surplus of farm-fresh eggs! 🐓✨

​Community is at the very heart of everything we do here at Seven Saplings Farm. We believe everyone should have access to wholesome, fresh food, which is why we are launching our Community Share Program!

​How it works:

🌱 ​Pay what you can: If you have a little extra to spare, your contribution helps keep this program running.

🌱 ​Take what you need: If things are tight right now, please take what you need to feed your family—no questions asked.

🌱 Seasonal additions: Right now, we have fresh eggs. As the season progresses, we plan to expand the share to include our fresh-milled heritage flours, artisanal breads, and other seasonal items from the farm!

​🏡 How to Request a Pickup:

​Because we don't have a traditional farm stand set up yet, and to keep everything safe given recent farm stand thefts in the area, these items will not be left out by the road.

​Instead, we are doing seamless, private porch pickups:

​Feel free to message us directly to request a share.

​It is completely no questions asked.

​We will place your items out on our wrap-around porch for you, exactly the same way we handle our standard pre-paid pickups.

The votes are in and the people have spoken! Designs #1 and #8 have won the single color and multi color design contest for 2026 Pride month! These designs as well as the other seven will be up on an online store soon so keep your peepers peeled 🫪
20% of all online store proceeds will be coming back to Whitley County Pride to help us keep doing what we’re doing and achieving our mission of creating an inclusive, accepting, and strong community connections to better serve those in the LGBTQIA+ community right here at home ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Guess what?! I'm a published contributor now!

I connected with Matthew Dyer on LinkedIn as a fellow The University of Olivet graduate, and he informed me of a super cool community he's built as a part of his Master's studies. It's called "3 Years Tales from The Pandemic" and it's highlighting how the pandemic affected artists' lives and works.

Another new collaboration!! ✨🎉💩

I'm not sure I ever knew I'd be working with a pet waste removal company, but there's a first time for everything! Tyler at Wee Doo Poo has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I look forward to continuing to work together and grow my network of local businesses that need design services. I have never before written an article quite like this one, and I have definitely never had any written work of mine published by an organization such as Influential Women, but I am extremely grateful they gave me the opportunity to contribute something deeply important to me. Overcoming doubt and anxiety in the professional workplace and "doing it scared" have been and will be parts of my identity and life for a very, very long time. But, because of several great leaders, coaches, and teachers, this has become an ongoing passion project of mine to connect with others who may also struggle with imposter syndrome in professional workspaces as well as their personal lives. You are not alone. 💖

I have been SO blessed recently with multiple opportunities to meet and collaborate with different small business owners who need a visual identity boost 🌱☝️ Just yesterday, Jamie from Seven Saplings Farm LLC and I wrapped up a brand new logo, business cards, and advertisement flyers together, and I love how they turned out! She has been wonderful to work with, and I am very excited to be hopefully exploring the farm in Huntington within the next few weeks. She's got so much cool stuff going on!

Also, a huge thank-you to everyone who is still collaborating with humans for design work. 💛✨
