🕵️ Yep! Code cracked! Just because it worked for her doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. Not because you’re not capable but because she’s not you. You’re not her! 😜
The good news? Each one of us was created uniquely of our own design, which means your Brand Of One™ is set apart from anyone else, you get to sell your way, you get to share your way, you get to show up and market your way and it’s so much harder when you’re trying to fit into someone else’s shoes!
After building personal brands for 15 years for women entrepreneurs I’ve learned the methods work when you make them work for You! Take what you need, leave the rest. If outreach feels awkward, forced, or downright salesy… this one’s for you. ✨

I don’t think the problem is outreach. And it’s not that you’re not good at it!

I think the problem is trying to grow your business using someone else’s personality.

The best outreach doesn’t sound like a script.
It sounds like YOU.

Before you send your next DM, email, or text, ask yourself these 5️⃣ questions:

1. Why am I thinking about this person today?
If there’s no real reason, don’t force it.

2. What do I genuinely want them to know, feel, or hear?
Lead with value or encouragement—not an agenda.

3. Could I send this message even if it never turned into a transaction?
If the answer is no, rewrite it.

4. How would I naturally connect with this person?
A voice memo, a text, a coffee, an email… choose what feels most like you, not what someone else told you to do.

5. Will they feel seen/heard after reading this?
Because people remember how you made them feel long before they remember what you were selling.

Your personal brand isn’t built by copying someone else’s strategy or doing the exact same way that worked for them.

It’s built by owning who YOU are and learning to connect in a way that feels natural to you.
