Just a bit of light [magic] reading ✨

I have been wanting to do some for fun filming with my mage character and so Yael Astorga ventured up to Boulder for a little adventure on Friday. I think he did really good, what do you think? We just gotta work on not touching the shutter speed accidentally 🤣 (love you 😘)

Magic effect done in Final Cut using MotionVFX plugin. Eventually I am going to create my own vfx animated assets from scratch but this is a nice thing to start with.

Woke up to over 250 followers! Wow thank you!

To everyone here who is new: My name is Scotty (she/her - tis a nickname) and I am a fantasy and cosplay videographer. Most of the footage you’ll see on my page at the moment was shot at various fantasy photo retreats, where I mostly operated out of. I am working on expanding and taking individual clients in my area (Colorado Springs to Denver and sometimes farther) as well as other places when I travel for event work.

One of my fav parts of filming fantasy is when I get to do a lady knight look with my models. The moment when you catch the perfect glint of light on the blade 😍
