I wanted to give this portrait a new take, to represent taking a step of confidence to pursue your passion. This one was inspired by the amazing .

What I love most about doing portraits is being able to tell someones story, or to represent some unique aspect of who they are. As I've contemplated this, I realized that I need to create a space to allow my own voice to come forward.

Soon, I will be creating some new work. Work that is more personal, more layered and exploratory. I hope you'll come along for the journey.
