Every season they change this little "alley" to fit the theme. Last time I was there it was cherry blossoms and lanterns. :) This shot was taken in October from 10th street looking east if you wanna have a go. Lots of photo ops here especially architecture and long exposure with water. Just walk around. You'll find lots of spots. I always forgot where this place is so the easiest way to remember is "10 HI." 10th street between H and I. :D

Mondays are no longer the worst days of the week, thanks to Costco's free samples, Cheap Chicken Monday at Albertson's, and a chance to start a new workout week if you feel you skated last week's attempt. Mondays are my favorite but a lot of times I dread it because I feel stuck, like I didn't do enough last week. That's okay. I know I'm not really stuck cuz I keep trying. It's when I stop that's when I cage myself and it's nobody's fault but mine. If you feel that way, give Monday another chance.

Mount Vernon, Christmas 2020. If you buy the membership you get to be a part of night events like this. As General Washington's number one fan, I felt it dutiful to buy the entire family memberships. LOL... Worth it for the cause of keeping this place alive. Thank you, Daughters of the Revolution.
