Some sessions sit a little closer to my heart 🤍
This one is my goddaughter and one of my best friends, and standing behind the camera felt different in the most meaningful way. I’ve known this family in seasons before parenthood, in the newborn haze, and now in this chapter where personalities shine and love feels louder.
It’s not until I look back at photos like these that I truly see it.
How much she’s grown.
How much they’ve grown.
How much we all change, physically, emotionally, and as a family.
These images are more than portraits. They’re reminders of tiny hands that won’t always reach up, giggles that won’t always sound the same, and seasons that feel everyday while you’re in them until they’re not.
Getting to document the people I love, and families like theirs, is the greatest gift. Because one day, these photos will tell a story not just of how they looked, but of how deeply they were loved in this moment
