I'm the heart behind Bodhi's Backyard Studio- named after my golden retriever, Bodhi, who's always been my favorite model and inspiration. I've always loved photography and am working toward turning this hobby into a future profession. I'm mostly self-taught, with one college photography course already under my belt, and I'm planning to pursue an associate's degree in photography at NWTC. This sum

The Hanke Family was one of the lucky winners of my giveaway, and I had so much fun getting to capture their family! The kids were full of energy, and their laughs, giggles, and smiles were so contagious. They were just too cute, and we captured so many sweet moments. I also loved that they wanted to include their pup in their session!

HARPER: Senior Portraits

I know I keep saying it, but it's not getting any easier to decide which pictures to post...probably because all my clients, so far, have been absolutely phenomenal to work with!

Harper is a 2027 SENIOR and she absolutely ROCKED this Senior Session! I'm so grateful that her and her family trusted me to capture this milestone for her. It was so much fun getting to bring their visions to life!

EVERLY: Fifth Grade Graduation

My little sister graduated fifth grade this year, and I couldn't be more proud of her!

I had way too many favorites from this session, so narrowing them down wasn't happening... here's a handful instead. We were working with some pretty harsh sunlight, but she absolutely made it work! She looks adorable in every single photo, and her personality shines through in each one.

Congratulations Everly! Thanks for always being my favorite little model. I can't wait to watch you take on middle school! 🤍

WONDERS BY WOMEN: Product Portraits

This session was also captured a few months ago, and was actually my first product photography session!

In case anyone is intrigued...Wonders By Women is a business that works with and supports artists and kids (under the age of 18) by showcasing and selling their products for them, so that they can focus on their passions!

How cool is that? I'm so glad that I was given the opportunity to photograph one of the many products that they have to offer. If you would like to learn more about it, feel free to check out their website!

TIM: Branding Headshots

This session was captured a few months ago, and I'm so excited to finally share it!

If you know my work, you know I usually gravitate toward bright, warm, and airy edits. But every once in awhile, it's fun to shake things up! This dark and moody session challenged me creatively in the best way, and I had so much fun stepping outside of my comfort zone while bringing my client's vision to life.
