I'm the heart behind Bodhi's Backyard Studio- named after my golden retriever, Bodhi, who's always been my favorite model and inspiration. I've always loved photography and am working toward turning this hobby into a future profession. I'm mostly self-taught, with one college photography course already under my belt, and I'm planning to pursue an associate's degree in photography at NWTC. This sum

WELCOME TO SKYLIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY! 📸

Hi there! I’m Skyler Hauser, a starting photographer who’s been exploring the art and craft of photography through both personal projects and formal training.

As I complete the Specialized Photography Program at NWTC, my goal is to build a career as a Portrait & Lifestyle Photographer - Creating images that tell stories and celebrate life in all its forms.

With that being said, I’m excited to announce that I will now be offering a variety of sessions! This May Include: People & Portraits, Pet Photography, Special Projects & Events, and More! I love exploring new ideas, experimenting with different styles, and helping bring your visions to life.

A LITTLE UPDATE FROM ME! 📸

When I first created this page as Bodhi’s Backyard Studio, it was a space for me to learn, experiment, and grow - Mostly by photographing your amazing pets - Which I’m still so grateful for!

Since then, I’ve been actively studying the art of photography at NWTC, where I’ve spent a lot of time developing my skills, style, and confidence behind the camera.

Because of that growth, I’ve decided it’s time for this page to grow with me.

I’ve officially updated my name and logo to reflect the direction I’m heading as a photographer. While I’ll always love working with pets, I’m excited to expand into a variety of sessions and creative projects.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me from the beginning - It truly means everything. I’m really excited for what’s next and to keep creating with all of you.
