I want to start by saying Thank you to everyone who’s allowed me to capture your sweetest moments. From family sessions, heirlooms, engagements to weddings, maternity to motherhood I enjoyed meeting your family and capturing those precious memories.
These past few months God has placed it on my heart to lay down my photography business.
The first day or so I kind of went back and forth with Him. I’ve wanted to be a photographer since I was 8 years old. Taking pictures and editing has always brought me so much joy.
But, He asked me to let it go. I didn’t understand it but I knew I had to be obedient and follow through with what He had placed on my heart.
Fast forward a few months.
This weekend I have a book signing for a book I never entended to write. I’ve never wanted to be an author, never had the desire to write, or even knew how. God used my obedience and created an avenue I didn’t even know existed and planned something so beautiful.
I’m not going to lie and say it wasn’t hard letting go of MY will to live GOD’S will but boy does it amaze me what can happen when you do.
Doors may be closing here on October 1st but it’s just the beginning!
I love every one of you and my prayer is that you know you have been a blessing to not only me, but to my family.
