Kate + Paul’s wedding was one of those days that just felt good.

They were married at their family cottage in Huron, right on Lake Erie, with the ceremony tucked into the corner of the backyard overlooking the water and little pier. Sunshine, a light breeze coming off the lake, and about as perfect of a day as you could ask for.

But what made this one especially meaningful for me was the people. I ran into so many familiar faces I hadn’t seen in years, some since before I moved to Texas in 2020. It felt a little like coming home all over again.

Beautiful setting, beautiful weather, and a whole lot of people I was genuinely happy to see.

Congratulations, Kate + Paul. What a day.

It’s probably been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself.

I’m Nathan.

I’m a husband to my incredible wife, Elena, a dad to Mila and Luca, and a photographer who’s still just as excited to pick up a camera today as I was when I started.

Photography has taken me all over the world, but over the last year my family and I made our way back home to Cleveland. It’s a city I’ve always loved, and being back has reminded me how much I enjoy telling stories about the people who make this place what it is.

Thanks for being here. Whether we’ve worked together, met somewhere along the way, or you just stumbled onto this page, I’m really glad you did.

Golden hour, Lake Erie, and two people who are completely at ease with each other. 🌅

Spent last night at Edgewater with Anna Wallace and Nick Ferritto capturing this season of their story before they say “I do.”

Next stop: Holy Rosary Church in Little Italy, followed by a celebration at Mayfield Country Club next July. I already know it’s going to be an incredible day, and I can’t wait to document every moment.

Some weddings just come together effortlessly.

An incredible couple, one of the most unique venues in Ohio, and a vendor team that truly cares about creating an unforgettable experience.

Working alongside Kirkbrides Wedding Planning, Spice Catering + Events, and the team at The Mohicans Treehouse Resort & Wedding Venue is always a reminder that great weddings happen when talented people are all pulling in the same direction.

From the quiet moments beneath the trees to one unforgettable celebration, this day was everything a woodland wedding should be.

Golden hour in Austin has a way of slowing everything down.

The light softens. The noise fades. And for a moment, it is just the two of you, exactly as you are.

Most of these moments are gently guided. I give each couple space to move, to interact, to be present with each other, while offering subtle direction when it is needed.

What unfolds is something real. Honest, unposed, and fleeting. The kind that does not ask for attention, but holds meaning for years to come.

Hired to photograph a courthouse wedding.
Ended up making a Wes Anderson film by accident.

Maria and Adrian had so much personality and the courthouse had so much character that I couldn’t help but pull out a second camera and capture a few clips as a surprise for them.

A simple day. A unique couple. A little creative detour.

Proof that you don’t need a big venue to create something memorable when you lean into the moment.

Such a fun evening with these two, ending the night with golden light and big laughs. I’m already counting down to their wedding later this year in Honduras. It will be my first time visiting, and I couldn’t be more excited. Looking forward to celebrating with their family and friends, soaking in a new place, and telling their story all over again.
