God, this sucks....

Too saturated and a poorly applied fake sky. That being said, I do like the composition.

So, if it sucks, why am I posting it?

No clue- Maybe I feel there's some honesty and credibility in posting the stuff that doesn't work as well as the stuff that does, or maybe it's because I spent time shooting and editing it and I don't want to feel like I wasted my time.

Ten years ago today, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA Championship.

The organization is celebrating that anniversary today by dedicating an outdoor court to that memory. Game 7 from that series will be shown on giant screens at 12:30pm and the event is open to the public.

The court is located across from Rocket Arena at the intersection of East 4th and Huron aka "MEET ME HERE" plaza. There will be food trucks, photo ops, a beer garden, giveaways, and championship apparel available.

Personally, I remember being at the watch party that night at the Q. Workers were preparing for the RNC on the floor while the game was shown on the screens above. It was pretty surreal, to say the least.

After the game, everyone dumped out into the streets of downtown and nobody knew what to do, but everyone was happy. For a town with such a tortured sports history, it was rather endearing to see everyone so lost and happy at the same time.

I have a ton of stories from that night, but one of my favorites can be summed up in a simple sentence....

"The casino ran out of beer."
