When photographing a black dog, the little details matter more than ever because the camera sees everything.

Every stray hair, speck of dust, eye bo**er, and wrinkle in the coat can stand out. Taking a few extra minutes to clean up Bella and groom her coat helps her look her absolute best, allowing her beautiful features and personality to shine in every image.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Collins, Annabeth, Blake, and of course - sweet mare Molly! It was definitely a hot day, but we had so much fun during their session.

Little Collins had been feeling under the weather just a few days before, but you would never have guessed it yesterday.
She was full of energy, constantly on the move, and absolutely adorable from start to finish.

I am completely over the moon with this sweet family and so grateful for the opportunity to capture these special memories for them.

Thank you all so much for having me out yesterday and trusting me with these important photos.

I really can't wait to share more from this beautiful session!
