Hello everyone! I previously mentioned that I was taking a break due to my new work schedule, but some things have changed, and I’m now available to take clients again. I took a couple of weeks off to focus on my health after experiencing a miscarriage, but I am healing and excited to get back into the groove. Photography has always been my outlet, and I’m grateful to be back doing what I love. I can’t wait to connect with both new and returning clients! Tomorrow, I’ll be working on a Christmas mini set up and will be posting the inspo I have in mind.❤️

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share that starting November 17th, I’ll be stepping back from photography for the time being. With changes in my work schedule and the need to prioritize a more steady income for my family, I’ve decided to pause sessions for now.
This decision wasn’t easy, as photography has been such a meaningful part of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported my work and trusted me to capture your memories, it truly means so much.

For anyone with a scheduled session, I’ll be reaching out directly and am happy to recommend other talented photographers in the area. Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. ❤️

I’m always going to be for the photographers! When I preach community over competition, I mean it. A potential client booked with someone else instead of me? That’s amazing! Their style aligned with them more than mine did — and that’s okay. There’s enough room for all of us.

Having a bad attitude about other photographers doesn’t get you anywhere, especially complaining about it on social media. I’ve even seen a professional photographer say in a group that “moms on Facebook” charging $35 for a shoot isn’t helping their business. The truth is, someone who can only afford $35 for a session isn’t the same person who is willing to pay $250+. We all have our own target audience.

At the end of the day, your pictures are only part of the job. Your attitude toward your career matters just as much. Don’t forget — this was once something you were passionate about, not your job. Once you lose that passion and only think about the money, that’s when you lose the joy, the growth, and the creative spark that made you great in the first place.
